Hook A Kid On Golf provides communities with a comprehensive youth golf program that eliminates the obstacles that discourage youngsters from learning and continuing to play golf while instilling in them an understanding of golf's rules, etiquette and history.

To help HAKOG, our developers were called on to design a database application to manage the many aspects of their program. Using Microsoft Access, our developers created an easy-to-use and affordable solution. Our application allows for tracking organizations, instructors, golf courses, members, inventory, payables, receivables along with many other reporting features. Our application runs in a multi-user, networked environment.

We also had the honor of creating a fun and easy to use, interactive website to support the programs run by Hook A Kid on Golf. The website, designed using Macromedia ColdFusion, Macromedia Flash and Microsoft SQL Server 2000, serves as an informative guide for organizations inquiring about the different programs, parents interested in looking how to get their child started in playing golf, and for instructors to download important materials.

Along with being an important source for information for adults, its also a fun and easy to use site for kids. Starting with an online golf skills test and ending with an interactive message board to which kids can post messages about their favorite course or brag about their best round of golf, HAKOG is committed to bringing golf to youngsters.
